Back in the days of 1172cc club racing, and the boom of Ford Specials building in the 1950s, one company became
synonymous with making Pops and Pop hybrids handle properly - Ballamy. Nowadays LMB tuning parts are much
sought after, especially the desirable drilled wheels and IFS suspension designs that are tricky to find now in good condition.
This book runs to 176 pages, and takes the reader through the history of the well known LMB engineering concern.
Before getting into Ford Pops, Ballamy concentrated on upgrades for Austin 7 powered machines, with Ford Pop
powered machines being the focus of his attentions later, after work for Allard and others.
